It had been rumored that Moto M would carry MTK Helio P10, however now the official news has been released by Motorola and confirmed to be Helio P15.

Affordibility

While the cost of the Moto M may be prohibitive for some, users who value a local retail warranty and guaranteed quality control, along with the prestige of carrying a mainbrand mobile may consider the $295 tag a small price to pay.

MTK no longer up and coming

They’re already there. A long line of major manufacturers have chosen MediaTek processors to power their mobiles. The release of Moto M with Helio P15 further solidifies MTK as a mainstream SoC maker.
