Green Orange NX To Come With KitKat 4.4.2
Many people have been frustrated waiting for China phones to come up to speed by including Android 4.4 KitKat OS as opposed to the standard Android 4.2.2. This has been the least of my concerns regarding China brands, but compared to our regular purchases, a $200 or $300 price tag can be a substantial investment for many and I do understand the desire to have the latest OS in such a purchase.
While most China brands are slow to adopt, some have forged ahead and made their own forks of Android. Lenovo is one of the brands who created a 4.4 OS for their phones with Vibe UI 1.5. Now little talked about Green Orange will be releasing their own custom OS based on 4.4 — dubbed MY UI v3.0.
According to Green Orange, their MY UI v3.0 will system will improve machine speed and optimize the camera by improving low light focus ability and will further enhance security.
