Meizu is well known for making quality mobiles. Generally their mobiles are mid-range priced, but as power comes cheap these days thanks to MediaTek and Qualcomm’s well-priced SoCs, they’ve joined the budget pack with the Meizu M2 Note.

Taking a look at the specs, we see this phone has several things going for it — 2GB RAM, SD expandable, worldwide WCDMA 3G, 1080P 5.5″ IGZO Sharp display and Gorilla Glass protected.
Beyond these features is that this is a Meizu mobile, which means you’ll get a solid, well-made phone.
Taking it a step further is the very provocative pricing. The brands typically considered a step below the likes of Xiaomi, Lenovo, Samsung, HTC, Meizu are really going to need to step up their game in terms of pricing if they want to compete with the big boys, as international brands realizing the majority of Worldwide dough is coming not from selling ridiculously priced flagship phones, but from the $100-250 segment.
This is in part due to inexpensive SoC power reaching beyond what Android needs to run well, as well as top quality components such as Sharp displays and Sony cameras being reduced in price to sell in huge volumes.
