If you haven’t heard of Mlais before, it’s understandable. They haven’t been pushed too much by the sellers catering to international customers. However, they make a great phone. The Mlais MX56 is the same phone as Hero H7500+ and Zopo ZP810. The MX86 is the same phone as the Zopo ZP950. Not clones, but the same phone released under Mlais branding. 
We’ve seen a few brands pop out of the blue over the last couple years. Some of them stick around and develop a following, others fade away.

This phone is downright cool looking. Anybody who’s been reading Gizbeat regularly knows I really like the looks of square phones and this is a phone to add to the square list. 
Well I’m not sure anyone expected Jiake to win the MT6592 race, but at this point it looks like they’re the first MTK6592 phone to go on sale to international customers. Let’s take a look at what it has to offer specification wise.

Here we have some recent images showing the power efficiency of MT6592. They are touting MTK6592 as being 40% more efficient than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800. The ARM Cortex A7 is indeed very efficient, and actually ARM says “The ARM Cortex™-A7 MPCore™ processor is the most efficient application processor ARM has ever developed”.
