Google Android 4.2 And New Device Update Announcement!

On October 29, Google will make several announcements regarding upcoming products.

First and foremost is Google Android 4.2. Apparently Google will be touting this as updated “Jelly Bean”, as opposed to the initial rumored name “Key Lime Pie”. Some of the features of Android 4.2 will be updated security, multiple user accounts and “Content in the Center” – which will allow users to access, view and interact with the Play Store through a widget.

Also to be announced is the Nexus 4 smartphone, which will be manufactured by LG. It features a quad core Snapdragon CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM and 1280*768 LCD.

The star of the night in my will be the Nexus 10. Google has partnered with Samsung to create this iPad killer. With a stunning 2560*1600 resolution, it gets a good whollop in on iPad 3’s 2048*1536.

Also on the plate is an announcement regarding the upgraded Nexus 7. A new 32GB version as well as a 3g version are rumored to be announced.
