Hi,
I’m wondering if you happen to have a scatter file for THL T100. I can’t seem to boot into Android Manager anymore.
I clicked on Vol+ and Power button and did a Factory Wipe/Reset and now everytime when it boots, I only see the THL logo and a black screen. The Vol + and Power button don’t work anymore.
Please let me know if you have any ideas what may be the problem.

It all depends on whether or not MTK Droid Tools can ‘read’ your phone info. Run the latest version of MTK Droid Tools, then plug your phone in and turn it on. See if MTK Droid Tools can see your phone’s info or not.

My problem is my phone was really dead… It can’t be turned on at all so while I finished installing the PDANet USB ADB VCOM drivers and ask me to setup the phone to developer mode, I couldn’t make it… So the phone still not detected on my laptop and also the driver for it.
I have read your forum but it still doesn’t help. What should I do next..? Do you have a tutorial to give a “new life” of my dead phone..?

Mr. Cuanq , To address your problem you would have to tell the model no. and brand name of your phone. Although i can tell you that every smart phone has a HARD RESET combination .
it can be something like
POWER BUTTON+VOL UP
or POWER BUTTON+VOL+VOL DOWN
You just have to google it and it is done.
If it’s still not happening you should take it to a professional, he might has a clue about what is wrong with your phone.

Hello, my phone is mt6572. I could flash my stock rom without problems using sp flashtool, but now it’s not working after I flashed a different scatter file from another rom I tried to flash but didn’t work on my device. So everytime I tried to flash my stock rom back to my device, SPFT gives me an error “PMT is ready and layout has been changed”. I’ve never encountered this problem before just only after I flashed a different rom. Now I can’t get my device to work. Please help me I think this has something to do with the scatter file

I have xolo one smartphone. I had an antitheft app avg.. When i changed my sim my cell got locked…So i hard reset my phone it deleted my app but i got new problem saying plese enter your privacy protection password to unlock….
I tried to use every version of sp flash tool, but it says scatter loading failed or Please check if scatter file is legal…. Pls help…
